Amy Mower came to running a bit later in life and took to it fantastically. She has an impressive resume and is highly competitive yet also a really nice person- seriously, no douche canoeing here! Here her stories of racing at Across the Years, the Pistol in Tennessee, what it's like to run 875 miles in a single month(!) and some amazing performances at the NJ Three Days at the Fair. We also hear Fred's amazing story of running across CT (the hard way). No, not the CUT but the Diagonal. Holy moly. Becky and Art still going strong on their respective streaks!
