We have local speedster Jeff Grant (and his even faster wife Mary-Louise Timmermans) checking in with us via Zoom to talk about all the FKTs they've bagged recently plus Becky getting awkward, yes- Fred's still running every day and Art being Art. Jimmy says something mildly controversial, starts a fire with his words. It's largely a Patreon shout out episode, takes us literally an hour to get through that and we announce the winner of the Week Three CULTRA Social Distance Challenge (it's Koby Nelson). We dive deep into the Quarantine Backyard Ultra and the results, Mike Wardian rules. We find out Michael J. Fox, like Jeff and ML, is actually CANADIAN. Travesty. Make America Canada Again. Jimmy reveals a possible FKT attempt he's going for this weekend and then we interview Jeff about his interesting life and how running fits into that.
